Return & Refund Policy
At Legacy Collectibles & Toys, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final except in the situations described below.
Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns or provide refunds if:
● The item arrives damaged during shipping.
● You receive the wrong item.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
● Change of mind.
● Found the item at a lower price elsewhere.
● Ordered the wrong item.
● Buyer’s remorse.
● Shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
● Refused deliveries (unless approved by us in advance).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
● Your order number.
● Photos of the shipping box.
● Photos of the shipping label.
● Photos of the packaging materials.
● Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
We will review your claim and, if approved, will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Delivery dates provided by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers are estimates only. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Trading Card Products
For quality assurance and to protect all customers, all trading card products are final sale, including but not limited to:
● Booster Packs
● Booster Boxes
● Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
● Collection Boxes
● Blister Packs
● Sleeved Booster Packs
● Mystery Packs
● Individual Trading Cards
Opened trading card products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Collectible Figures & Statues
All collectible figures, statues, and premium collectibles must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
Returns will only be considered if the item arrived damaged or if we shipped the wrong product.
Items that have been opened, assembled, displayed, or modified are not eligible for return.
