All sales at Legacy Collectibles & Toys online store are final sale.

No refunds or exchanges are accepted. 

Many of the products we sell are collectible, some are vintage, made in limited runs, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is significant damage. You may find slight variations or blemishes with your product, this is because many of the items are hand-assembled and/or hand-painted. Slight imperfections are typical and, in fact, often enhance the value. 

However, if your merchandise has significant manufacturing defect (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we'll happily exchange it for the same non-damaged item. 

You must contact Legacy Collectibles & Toys within TEN (10) DAYS of the receipt of shipment in order to qualify for an exchange. Returns made without contacting Legacy Collectibles & Toys in writing will not be honored.

Within 48-72 hours, a Legacy Collectibles & Toys Customer Support Representative will evaluate your return request and contact you. Please note: Legacy Collectibles & Toys will only accept defective returns for items that are received in their original packaging with all the accessories, plastic packaging, and anything else that came with the item included.

📦 Damaged Item Returns / Exchanges

Legacy Collectibles & Toys only accepts returns for items that arrive damaged or defective from the manufacturer. Customer must contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos or videos of the damage.

✔️ To Qualify for a Damaged Return:
• Item must be in original packaging
• Must include all accessories / parts
• Must show visible damage from shipping or manufacturer
• Email approval is required before sending any returns

🚫 Returns/Exchanges Will NOT Be Accepted If:
• Damage is caused by customer misuse, improper handling, or negligence
• Original packaging, accessories, or factory seal is missing or opened
• The return request does not include photo or video proof
• The order shows signs of fraudulent or automated purchasing (bot use, scripts, etc.)
• Legacy Collectibles & Toys reserves the right to decline any return request
• A 10% restocking fee may apply for items over $500 US

🚚 Return Shipping Cost:

If the item is verified damaged, return shipping is FREE. If the item is not damaged or does not meet requirements, we cannot accept a return.


❌ We do NOT accept returns for:

• Change of mind / buyer's remorse

• Opened mystery boxes or blind boxes

• Items damaged by customer handling

• Used or opened merchandise

• Items purchased in-store
